• To prevent and manage halal food safety hazards that may be encountered in the processes from the production of our products to the consumption stage; to ensure the control of hazards that may occur,
  • To minimise the risks arising from hazards contrary to halal food safety and disruptive hazards in all units of our organisation,
  • To ensure the appropriate use of chemical auxiliaries / materials used for hygiene-sanitation and production in the halal food sector,
  • To organise continuous training programmes for our employees to improve their awareness of quality and halal food safety, to give them duties, authorities and responsibilities related to quality and halal food safety and to ensure the highest level of satisfaction of our employees.
